HOW DOES PUSH MESSAGES WORK ?

When using push notifications you have multiple choices.

You can use software that you install on your ssl / https website and thus you can use the settings and possibilities of the push notifications yourself.

However, you can also only install a script on your website.
And we can manage the notifications and settings for you.

When a customer visits your website a pop up message will appear, for example at the bottom right or at the top of the screen of your website.
The pop up asks permission for the visitor to receive notifications.
The settings, e.g. image / logo text, notifications that the visitor gets to see in the pop up can be changed.

If the visitor agrees or clicks ‘Yes’, an extension will be installed in the customer’s browser visiting your website. These are approved extensions for the Opera, Chrome and Firefox Browser, among others.

Chrome browser is used by +/- 80% of visitors.

Depending on the web browser your visitor uses, it will not always be easy to delete this extension.
The visitors will thus receive your messages as long as they open or use their PC, laptop, tablet and most other mobile devices.

There are various possibilities with the use of push notifications.

First of all, you can choose whether to install and manage the push notifications yourself via your website.

You can also only install the script on your website and outsource the management to us. We offer free support for both options.

When using the push notifications, you can send notifications to the subscribers you have subscribed to on a certain day / time. These visitors then receive the notification immediately or at a specific time on a PC, laptop, tablet or most other mobile devices.

Push notifications are short messages or announcements that have a restriction in length (number of characters of, for example, text). A push notification can be provided with an image, short text and link to, for example, a special page, offer or other website.

There are also various other institutions that you can use.

For example, there is a possibility to send push notifications to a specific section of the subscribed list of visitors or to all. Multiple push notifications are possible per day. You should of course take into account that you will not spam visitors with notifications.
